2. Components & working principle
2.1 The WLF type turbine pulverizing room mainly consists of the machine shell, the machine door, the turbine, the spindle, the sieve, the pulley and the motor.
2.2 When the turbine pulverization is maneuvering, the motor drives the spindle and the turbine to rotate at a high speed (up to 3800r/min). The turbine and the grinding block on the screen ring form a crushing and grinding pair. When the material enters the cavity from the charging hopper, the material will be strongly rubbed and strongly impacted on the inner side of the turbine blade in the swirling flow of the turbine, and it will be grinded again in the gap between the blade and the grinding block. While the material is crushed, the turbine draws in a large amount of air, which plays the role of cooling the machine, grinding materials and transporting fine materials. The fineness of material comminution depends on the nature of the material and the size of the screen, as well as the amount of material and air. The crushed material is transported to the cyclone separator through the way of negative pressure and wind transportation. The machine has continuous discharging effect, and the pipeline operation is effectively utilized. The dust is filtered and recovered through the bag through the vacuum box. The machine is designed according to the "GMP" standard, all made of stainless steel, and there is no dust flying in the process of production. And it can improve the utilization of materials and reduce the cost of enterprises. At present, it has reached the international advanced level.
The bearing parts of the WF turbine mill are equipped with a special labyrinth seal, which can effectively prevent dust from entering the bearing chamber, thereby prolonging the life of the bearing. The machine door is equipped with silicone rubber seal ring, without dust leakage and pollution operation environment.
